复方灵芝降糖胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠脂代谢的影响(Ⅱ)

摘要

Objective: To study the effect of Co - Lingzhijiangtang capsule on the lipid metabolism in blood of type Ⅱ meli-turia rats. Method:To make the model of type Ⅱ melituria rats with feeding hyper - lipid fodder and injecting a small dosage STZ to intraperitoneum. And then the modle rats were divided into seven groups and administered. After administration the blood samples were taken to determine their blood LDL - C, HDL - C, and FFA. Results: Compaed with control group, the capsule had obvious effects on lowering LDL - C, FFA and higher blood HDL - C after administration for one month. Conclusion:The Co -lingzhijiangtang Capsule may be an effective medicine to treat type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus.%目的:观察复方灵芝降糖胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠脂代谢的影响.方法:以高脂饲料喂养Wistar大鼠诱发胰岛素抵抗,并以小剂量链尿佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射诱发Ⅱ型糖尿病.模型大鼠随机分组,灌胃给药.给药结束后取血进行高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL -C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF -a)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)检测,进行组间比较.结果:与对照组相比,给药1个月后复方灵芝降糖胶囊各剂量组糖尿病大鼠LDL -C及FFA水平均明显下降,HDL -C升高,具有统计学意义.结论:复方灵芝降糖胶囊对Ⅱ型糖尿病模型大鼠的脂代谢有较好的调节作用.
