目的：探究中药联合温针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出临床疗效。方法：以本院2012年4月～2013年2月收治的130例寒湿型腰椎患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各65例，观察组接受温针灸治疗和温肾蠲痹汤，对照组接受温针灸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效和症候积分。结果：治疗后，两组症候总积分均下降（t＝3．2，3．05，P＜0．05），观察组的治疗变化情况优于对照组（t＝2．13，P＜0．05）。对照组的愈显率为50．7％，观察组的愈显率为69．2％，观察组明显优于对照组（χ2＝4．01，P＜0．05）。结论：中药联合温针灸治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出具有较好的疗效，优于单用温针灸，该方法疗效显著，临床值得推广使用。%Objective:To explore the efficacy of Wenshen Juanbi decoction and warm acupuncture in the treatment of cold-dampness syndrome lumbar disc herniation .Methods: In the hospital from April 2012 to February 130 cases of lumbar patients with cold -dampness syndrome lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups in this study .They were an observation group and a control group .There were 65 cases in each group .The observation group received warm acupuncture and Wenshen Juanbi decoction .The control group received warm acupuncture .Then the clinical efficacy and symptom scores were compared between two groups .Results:After treatment , in observation group and control group symptom total score was decreased (t=3.2, 3.05,P<0.05).The changes in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group (t=2.13,P<0.05).The markedly effective rate in the control group was 50 .7%.In the observation group the markedly effective rate was 69 .2%.In the observation group the markedly effective rate was better than that in the control group (χ2 =4.01,P<0.05).Conclusion: Wenshen Juanbi decoction and warm acupuncture in the treatment of cold -dampness syndrome lumbar disc herniation have a good and significant effect, which is better than warm acupuncture .The method in the clinic should be promoted .
