中西医结合临床试验研究概述与理性思考

摘要

本文基于文献研究，对1949年至今的中西医结合临床试验研究内容，从思路方法学角度进行了系统梳理，并对其研究目标、路径进行了深入分析论证，在此基础上作者对未来的中西医结合临床试验研究发展目标及途径进行了理性思考。作者认为，其未来研究目标是要为西医增加新内容，为制定合理的针对某一疾病的中西医结合治疗方案提供科学依据。其可行的研究途径是，针对某种具体疾病整理中医的有效经验，与西医的疗效进行比较，分析二者的优劣和差异，然后对此进行解析，在解析中寻求新发现，产生新认识和新技术，并寻找中西医结合的合理方案。%The treatise described clinical experiment research content about the study of Chinese and western medicine from 1949 to the present .From the perspective of thinking methodology , the author discussed its research goal, the path by the thorough analysis, on this basis, the author also mentioned the future development goals and ways of clinical ex-periment research for traditional Chinese and western medicine by rational thinking.The author believed that the future research goal was to add new contents to western medicine, to provide scientific basis for the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for a disease.Its feasible approach was that for a specific disease,we needed to sort out effective experience of TCM,then we compared Chinese medicine with western medicine according to the curative effect, and analyzed the advantages,disadvantages and differences of them.Last, we seeked new findings in parsing, generated new knowledge and new technology, and found the reasonable scheme of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
