目的:研究滋阴补肾方治疗再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效,并对其治疗作用机制进行研究.方法:104例再生障碍性贫血患者随机分为两组,对照组51例,观察组53例.对照组患者给予口服环孢素软胶囊、司坦唑醇片,同时给予辅助的对症治疗,总疗程6个月.观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予滋阴补肾方,疗程6个月.对比治疗前后患者外周血象变化、免疫因子,再对其疗效进行评价.结果:两组在治疗后外周血象均显著升高(P＜0.05);并且治疗后观察组患者变化较对照组明显(P＜0.05).两组在治疗后均可显著降低IL-2、IL-6及IFN-γ的水平(P＜0.05),并且治疗后观察组患者血清中以上因子水平降低更明显(P＜0.05).而观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P＜0.05).结论:滋阴补肾方治疗再生障碍性贫血效果显著,其作用机制可能与调节体内免疫因子相关.%Objective:To study the clinically curative effect of tonifying kidney in the treatment of aplastic anemia,and to research the mechanism of its therapeutic effect.Methods:Select 104 cases of aplastic anemia patients,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 51 cases in the control group and 53 cases in the observation group.Patients in the control group were given oral administration of Cyclosporin soft capsules and oral Stanozolol tablets,at the same time receiving the supportive treatment,with the total course for 6 months.The observation group was given nourishing Yin and tonifying kidney prescription on the basis of the therapy in the control group,and the treatment lasted 6 months.A comparative study between two groups before and after treatment was conducted according to the peripheral hemogram and immune factors,and then evaluate its efficacy.Results:In two groups after treatment peripheral hemogram was significantly increased (P ＜ 0.05),and in the observation group the above index was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).In two groups after treatment the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IFN-γwere sigrificantly reduced (P ＜ 0.05);after treatment,the serum levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IFN-γin the observation group were significantly lower than those inthe control group (P ＜0.05).The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Its mechanism may be related to the regulation of immune factor of inflammatory factor IL-2,IL-6 and IFN-γ,and the therapy is worthy of clinical application.
