Objective To study the status quo of pesticide residues of Ligustrum lucidum Ait. across the coutry, in order to further drafting the Pesticide residues standard of Ligustrum lucidum Ait. to provide data support. Methods: Gas chroma-tography tandem mass spectrometriy ( GC-MS/MS) method and ultra-high liquid chromatography tandem mass spec-trometry ( UPLC-MS/MS) method were established for the determination of pesticide residues, and for the determina-tion of the fourth national survey on traditional Chinese medicine resources collected by the 48 batches of pesticide resi-dues in Ligustrum lu- cidum Ait. Samples. Results: Pesticide residues were detected in 7 batches. The pesticide of mol- inate, ( S) -metolachlor, Chlorpyrifos, Three Triazophos and Cyhalothrin were detected. Conclusion In the culti-vation process of Ligustrum lucidum Ait.,the usage of pesticides were diverse. The type of pesticide used in the cultiva-tion and residual quantity of Ligustrum lucidum Ait.urgently need to be regulated.%目的:为了解全国范围内女贞子农药残留现状及为女贞子农残含量标准制定提供数据基础.方法:建立气相色谱-串联质谱法和液相色谱-串联质谱法农残测定方法,测定全国第四次中药资源普查所收集的48批女贞子样品中的229种农药残留.结果:48批女贞子样品中有7批检测出农药残留,检出农药为禾草敌(环草丹/草达灭)、异丙甲草胺、毒死蜱、三唑磷和三氟氯氰菊酯.结论:女贞子药材栽培过程中农药使用种类多样,亟需对女贞子药材栽培中的农药使用种类和样品中的残留量进行规定.
