强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭大鼠BNP及NT-pro BNP的影响

Objective: To explore the effect of Qiangxin capsule on the cardiac function, BNP and NT - pro BNP in CHF rats. Methods: 10 SD rats were randomly selected from 90 rats as the blank control, the rest SD rats were made into CHF models with Adriamycin injection, then they were randomly divided into the model group, western medication group, Qiangxin capsule group of low - dose group (QXCL group), Qiangxin capsule group of middle - dose group(QXCM group) and Qiangxin capsule group of high - dose group (QXCH group). Cardiac function was evaluated with echocardiography; the levels of BNP and NT - pro BNP were detected by ELISA method. Results: After the treatment, compared to the model group, LVEDD and LVESD significantly were decreased (P ＜0.05, P ＜ 0.01 ), LVEF and LVFS were increased significantly (P ＜0.05, P ＜ 0.01 ) in the western medication group, QXCM group and QXCH group. Compared to the model group, the levels of BNP and NT - pro BNP were decreased significantly in all medication groups(P ＜0.01); they were increased in QXCL group and QXCM group(P ＜0.05, P ＜0.01) compared to the western medication group, but not in the QXCH group(P ＞0.05). Conclusion: Qiangxin capsule can improve the cardiac function and decrease the serum level of BNP and NT - pro BNP in CHF rats, which shows it has a clear effect on CHF.%目的:观察强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠心脏功能、BNP及NT-pro BNP的影响.方法:90只SD大鼠随机选取10只作为空白组,其余采用尾静脉注射阿霉素制备CHF模型.将模型制备成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、西药组、强心胶囊低剂量组(QXCL组,0.66 g/kg · d)、强心胶囊中剂量组(QXCM组,1.32 g/kg · d)、强心胶囊高剂量组(QXCH组,2.64 g/kg · d).运用超声心动图评价大鼠的心脏功能,采用ELISA检测各组大鼠血清BNP、NT-pro BNP的水平.结果:治疗后,与模型组比较,西药组、QXCM组、QXCH组LVEDD、LVESD明显降低(P ＜0.05,P ＜0.01),LVEF、LVFS明显升高(P ＜ 0.05, P ＜0.01).与模型组比较,各治疗组BNP、NT -pro BNP水平均显著降低(P＜0.01);与西药组比较,QXCL组、QXCM BNP、NT - pro BNP水平升高(P ＜ 0.01,P ＜ 0.05), QXCH组升高无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:强心胶囊能够改善CHF大鼠心脏功能,降低CHF大鼠血清中重要生物学标志物BNP、NT-pro BNP水平,具有明确抗CHF的作用.
