烟草种子发芽力动态变化及休眠特性研究

摘要

Seed germinability of NC55, NC297, G28, MS Yunyan85 and MS Yunyan87 were measured after harvest to determine the dormant period of seeds of different tobacco varieties .Results showed that seeds of NC 55 had short-term dormancy about 10 days during the experiment .Dormancy had not been found in seeds of other cultivars .The results indicated that short-term dormancy could be related to the varieties , thus, the seeds for field production should be selected according to the dormancy character of the varieties .%为确定不同烟草品种种子的休眠期，从种子收获后测定NC55，NC297，G28，MS云烟85和MS云烟87种子发芽力。结果表明，在试验期内，NC55种子具有10 d左右的短期休眠，而其他品种的种子在试验期内未发现休眠现象。结果表明烟草种子的短期休眠与品种有关，应根据品种的休眠特性提供生产用种。
