擎天树木材干燥特性研究

         

摘要

为了掌握擎天树木材的干燥特性,制定合理的干燥基准,利用百度试验法研究擎天树的木材干燥特性,结果表明:擎天树木材干燥速度2级,较快;截面变形程度轻,为1~2级;初期开裂严重,为4级;扭曲等级1~2级,无内裂,弦径向干缩差异中等.针对擎天树木材的干燥特性,参照百度试验缺陷等级以及干燥缺陷对应的干燥条件拟定25~30 mm厚擎天树木材干燥基准.在实际的窑干生产中只需对拟定的干燥基准进行适当地调整和优化便可以得到适合于擎天树木材的干燥基准,提高干燥基准的制定效率,为促进擎天树的开发和利用提供理论依据.%In order to know well the drying characteristics and draw up reasonable drying schedule for Shorea chinensis wood, its drying characteristics were investigated based on the 100 ℃ test method. The results showed that: The drying speed of Shorea chinensis wood was Grade 2, relatively fast; the degree of cross-sec tion deformation was light,from Grade 1 to 2; the initial checks were serious, being Grade 4; the degree of twist deformation was from Grade 1 to 2,no internal cracks ,and it had a moderate difference in tangential shrinkage and radial shrinkage. Aiming at its drying characteristics and based on the defect level of 100 ℃ test method and the drying condition corresponding to the drying defects, a drying schedule reference of Shorea chinensis wood with the thickness of 25 -30 mm was drawn up. In the actual production of kiln drying, only proper adjustment and optimization were needed to work out a suitable drying schedule for Shorea chinensis wood. All this improves the efficiency of drawing up a drying schedule and provides the theoretical basis for improving the development and utilization of Shorea chinensis wood.
