“星白”勋章菊对干旱处理的生理响应

             

摘要

" Xingbai" was chosen as the test material, which was a new cultivar of potted Gazania rigens. The changes in relative electric conductivity, proline(Pro) ,malondialdehyde(MDA) and chlorophyll contents of "Xingbai" under drought stress after 1-16 days were determined to evaluate its drought resistance. The results showed that under the treatment of not watering in 13 days, ' Xing bai' could still resume growth soon after rewatering, but they all died without watering in 16 days. In each group,there were great changes in resistance physiological indexes, the proline and MDA contents reached the highest on the thirteenth day of treatment. These results provide useful references for landscape application of "Xingbai" in Suzhou area.%以盆栽勋章菊新品种“星白”为试材,测定干旱处理1~16 d时间区间各植株的电导率、脯氨酸、丙二醛和叶绿素含量变化,以此评价“星白”品种的抗旱性能.结果表明,“星白”品种在13 d不浇水的处理下,复水后仍可很快恢复生长,而16d不浇水处理便全部死亡;在各处理期间,各植株的抗性生理指标变化较大,脯氨酸和丙二醛含量为处理13 d达到最高.这一结果为“星白”品种在苏州地区的景观应用提供了有益参考.
