光照时间对兴国灰鹅产蛋和PRL、FSHβ、LH mRNA表达的影响

To examine the effect of long illumination on the egg production and expression level of PRL, FSHβ and LH in the hypothalamus⁃pituitary⁃gonadal axis of Xingguo grey geese,adult breeding geese were ei⁃ther exposed to natural photoperiod (controls),or subjected to treatments of long photoperiod throughout the experient.The results showed that,the laying rate remained above 10% in the normal illumination group,and the egg laying of treated geese quickly decreased after 40⁃day treatment of long illumination and ceased on day 47.The mRNA expression level of prolactin (PRL) in the hypothalamus of the long illumination group was sig⁃nificantly higher than that in the normal illumination group.The mRNA expression level of follicle stimulating hormone ( FSHβ) in the oviduct and ovaries of long illumination group was significantly higher than that in the normal illumination group. The mRNA expression level of luteinizing hormone ( LH) of the long illumination group was significantly lower than that in the normal illumination group. These results indicate that the in⁃creased expression of PRL and the imbalance of FSHβ/LH ratio may be involved in the suppressing of the re⁃productive activity of Xingguo grey geese under long term illumination.%为研究光照时间对兴国灰鹅产蛋量及产蛋性状相关基因在下丘脑－垂体－性腺轴表达水平的影响，对兴国灰鹅分别进行长光照处理（试验组）和自然光照处理（对照组）。结果发现，整个试验阶段，对照组持续产蛋，产蛋率维持在10％以上，处理组在接受递增式长光照至40 d左右时，产蛋率下降到8％左右，并于试验第47天停产。基因表达水平方面，相对于对照组产蛋期鹅，试验组鹅下丘脑中催乳素（ PRL）的mRNA表达水平与输卵管和卵巢中促卵泡素（ FSHβ）的表达水平均显著升高，而卵巢中黄体生成素（ LH）的mRNA表达水平显著降低。这些结果表明长光照可通过影响 PRL的mRNA表达，从而导致FSHβ和LH表达比例失调，最终影响FSHβ和LH的协同作用，从而抑制兴国灰鹅的产蛋活动。
