华中冬青雌雄株扦插繁殖技术研究

             

摘要

Through studying the effects of the kinds,concentrations of hormones and cutting time on rooting rate,root number and root length of cuttings.The difference in the cutting rooting of female and male plants of Ilex Centrochinensis was investigated,and the optimum conditions for the cutting propagation were obtained.The results showed that the treatment with KIBA 500 mg/L had the highest rooting rate,the rooting rates of male and female cuttings were (83.33±7.22)% and (87.50±12.50)%,significantly higher than that of the treatments with KNAA and Hormodin (P<0.05,the same below);the largest root number was KNAA 3 000 mg/L treatment,the numbers of the male and female cuttings were 26.80±4.20 and 29.40±3.70,significantly higher than those of other treatments;KIBA treatment had the best effect on promoting theIlex Centrochinensis maximum root length,the maximum root lengths of the male and female cuttings were (9.80±1.30)cm and (11.50±1.30)cm respectively.The difference in rooting ability of female and male plants of Ilex Centrochinensis was not significant.The rooting rate of male plants of Ilex Centrochinensis was slightly higher than that of female plants.In June,the rooting rate of Ilex Centrochinensis was the highest,which was significantly better than that in March,September and December.So suitable hormone for the cutting rooting of Ilex Centrochinensis was KIBA500 mg/L and the best cutting time was June.The difference in rooting ability of female and male plants of Ilex Centrochinensis was not significant.%通过研究不同激素种类、质量浓度和扦插时间对扦插生根率、生根数量和最长根长等的影响,探讨华中冬青雌株与雄株扦插生根的差异性,获得华中冬青扦插繁殖的最佳条件.结果表明:KIBA 500 mg/L处理的生根率最高,雌雄株分别达(83.33±7.22)%和(87.50±12.50)%,显著高于KNAA和Hormodin(P<0.05,下同);KNAA 3 000 mg/L处理的生根数最多,雌雄株分别达(26.80±4.20)条和(29.40±3.70)条,显著高于其他处理;KIBA处理对促进华中冬青最长根长的效果最好,雌雄株分别为(9.80±1.30)cm和(11.50±1.30)cm.华中冬青雄株生根率略高于雌株,二者之间差异性不显著.华中冬青在6月份扦插的生根率最高,显著优于3月、9月和12月.因此,华中冬青扦插繁殖的最适激素及质量浓度为KIBA 500 mg/L,最佳扦插时间为6月份.雌、雄株生根能力没有显著差异.
