水华鱼腥藻厚壁孢子的诱导效应研究

     

摘要

采用显微计数法研究不同pH、营养成分、保存温度对水华鱼腥藻厚壁孢子的诱导效应.结果表明:相比对照组pH 8(厚壁孢子的最高含量为2.12%),中性和略偏酸性的培养液更容易诱导水华鱼腥藻厚壁孢子的形成,在pH 6和pH 7时,厚壁孢子的最高含量为4.58%和6.80%.营养物质K2HPO4、KNO3、蔗糖、葡萄糖和对照组诱导的厚壁孢子数呈先上升后下降的规律,其中蔗糖和葡萄糖的诱导率分别达到15.29%和10.83%,两处理均可显著诱导厚壁孢子形成.4℃低温处理也可诱导大量厚壁孢子生成,其含量达6.13%.%The effects of pH,nutrients,and temperature on the formation of Anabaena flos-aquae akinetes were studied by microscopic count.The results revealed that the akinetes could be formed more easily in a neutral or somewhat acidic culture fluid than the control at pH 8, and at pH 6 and pH 7 the akinete content could be up to 4.58% and 6.80%, respectively.The number of the akinetes induced by K2HPO4 ,KNO3 ,saccharose and glucose nutritive materials and by the control presented a marked regularity of first increasing and then decreasing.Both saccharose and glucose treatments could significantly induce the akinete formation, with the inductivity being 15.29% and 10.83%,respectively.At 4 ℃ low temperature a large number of the akinetes could still be formed, and the akinete content could reach 6.13%.
