基于政务外网的上海农业视频会议系统建设与应用

摘要

上海市农业委员会信息中心依托市政务外网链路资源，2013年完成农业部视频会议系统向上海市属节点及沪郊区（县）的延伸，建成了“2＋15”个双向高清视频会议会场，实现了部、市两级 MCU 级联，系统支持农业部、上海市农业委员会、上海市区（县）农委三级视频会议组网模式。从视频信号源的摄取、线路的传输、视频终端、MCU 平台和本地视频图像的显示等各个环节均达到高清1080P 标准。系统的应用降低了会议成本，提高了行政效率。%Based on the municipal e-government extranet,the Information Center extended the video confer-ence system of the Ministry of Agriculture to the city proper and its suburbs in 2013,built “2 +15”two-way HD video conference rooms,and realized the cascade connection of MCU for both ministerial and municipal levels, with the system supporting a three-level (ministry,and municipal and areal commissions)video conference net-working mode.The results showed that the high-definition 1080P standard was reached in all links:video recep-tion,line transmission,video terminal,MCU platform,local image display,and so on;The application of the sys-tem reduced the conference cost and improved the administrative efficiency.
