PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of connecting a video conference system, server for the video conference system and connection program for the video conference system which facilitate connection of terminals with each other without determining the terminals that participant use.;SOLUTION: When a terminal does not receive a user ID (S51:No) and does not receive selective conference information (S56:No), other processing is performed (S58) and returned to S51. When the terminal receives a user ID (S51:Yes) but does not use it for a video conference (S52:No), log-in processing is carried out (S55). When the terminal uses the user ID is (S52:Yes) but is not participated in a video conference (S53:No), log-in processing is carried out (S55). When the terminal is participated in the video conference (S53:Yes), log-out processing is carried out (S54).
