优质高产甘薯新品种‘烟薯25’选育及高产生理研究

             

摘要

To meet the demand for high-yield and good-quality sweet potato varieties,the authors bred a new superior variety ‘Yanshu 25’by artificial and insect complementary pollination method and investigated its yield,quality,disease resistance and growth dynamic in laboratory and open field.The results showed that its mean fresh tuber yield was 36.458 t/hm2 and 37.433 t/hm2 respectively in Shandong Province’s regional test and production test in 2009—2011,increasing respectively by 23.88% and 33.58% over the control variety‘Xushu 18’;and in the national regional test and production test in 2010—2011 its mean fresh tuber yield was respectively 30.219 t/hm2 and 35.730 t/hm2 ,increasing respectively by 1.3% and 8.58% over the control‘Xushu 22’.It passed provincial and national appraisals in 2012.The investigation also indicated that ‘Yanshu 25’has such advantages as high yield,good taste,strong disease resistance and wide adaptability,being an ideal table variety.Its high-yield mechanism lies in large photosynthetic surface,a high net assimilation rate and rea-sonable T/r ratios,so its tuber growth is earlier,faster and longer in time and keeps a relatively great enlargement rate at later stage due to having no presenility in the aerial part.According to the experimental results potassium fertilizer should be applied more and nitrogen fertilizer should be used less in ‘Yanshu 25’cultivation.%为了满足人们对高产优质甘薯新品种的需求,采用“甘薯人工、昆虫互补二次授粉法”选育出了优良新品种‘烟薯25’,并在田间和室内进行了产量、品质、抗病性鉴定和生长动态研究。结果表明:该新品种在2009—2011年山东省区域试验和生产试验中的平均鲜薯产量为36.458 t/hm2和37.433 t/hm2,分别较对照‘徐薯18’增产23.88%和33.58%;‘烟薯25’在2010—2011年国家区域试验和生产试验中的平均鲜薯产量分别为30.219 t/hm2和35.730 t/hm2,分别较对照‘徐薯22’增产1.3%和8.58%。该品种2012年通过全国甘薯鉴定委员会鉴定和山东省品种审定委员会审定。研究得出,‘烟薯25’具有鲜薯产量高、口味好、抗病性强、适应性广的优点,是鲜食的理想品种;其高产机理在于光合面积大、净同化率高、T/r 值进展合理,所以在整个生育期块根膨大时间早、持续时间长、速度快,而且后期因地上部不早衰,继续保持了较快的膨大速度;在‘烟薯25’栽培中,应多施钾肥,少用氮肥。
