以蓝花荆芥为原料,采用传统工艺水提醇沉法提取多糖,用硫酸苯酚显色法测定多糖含量,设计单因素试验考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度对蓝花荆芥多糖提取率的影响,并以此为评价指标,采用正交设计优化提取工艺。结果表明:蓝花荆芥多糖的最佳提取条件为温度80℃、料液比1∶40、提取时间30 min,提取率为18.25%,多糖含量达到13.41%。%Nepeta coerulescens was used as raw material to extract polysaccharide by traditional industrial water purification method.The content of polysaccharide was determined through phenol-sulfuric acid method. Single factor experiment was designed to explore three factors including ratio of liquid to material,extraction time and extraction temperature which could influence the yield of polysaccharide,and based on it orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the temperature was 80 ℃,ratio of liquid to material was 1∶40,extraction time was 30 min.Under this condition, the polysaccharide extraction rate was 18.25%,and the content of the polysaccharide reached 13.41%.
