AB-DTPA法测定我国典型土壤多元素有效态含量的适用性分析

         

摘要

The available content of 1 1 elements in 8 soil samples of 39 typical soils in 21 regions of China were determined by combining the ammonium bicarbonate-DTPA extraction and the inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,and the determination results were compared with the classical methods of soil testing.The results showed that the contents of available phosphorus and potassium extracted by AB-DTPA method were significantly correlated with the results of classical methods,accounted for above 80% and 90% of them respectively.The available contents of 9 metal elements extracted by AB-DTPA were higher than those of CaCl2-DTPA.The former were usually 1 .56—3 times of the latter,individual soil or individual elements were even higher.The results of the two methods were very significantly correlated,and the correlation coefficient of the soil with low pH was slightly lower.The experimental results proved that the AB-DTPA method had the advantage of rapid and accurate.The results of AB-DTPA were consistent with the distribution of the elements in the typical soil in different regions of China.The AB-DTPA method was suitable to analysis the available contents of multi-element in typical soils in China.However,we should pay attention to the difference between the numerical value and the evaluation index with the traditional method in specific application.%采用AB-DTPA通用浸提剂联合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,对我国21个地区8种典型土壤共39个土样的11种元素有效态含量进行了测定,并与经典的土壤测定方法进行比较。结果显示:AB-DTPA法提取的土壤有效磷和速效钾均与经典方法测定结果达到极显著相关,分别占其80%以上和90%以上;AB-DTPA法浸提的9种金属元素有效态含量均高于CaCl2-DTPA法的浸提量,前者通常为后者的1.56—3倍,有个别土壤或个别元素会更高,两种方法测定结果均达到极显著相关,以pH低的土壤相关系数略低。结果表明,AB-DTPA法不但具有快速、精准的优势,而且其测定结果与我国不同地区典型土壤中各元素含量分布趋势基本一致,适用于我国典型土壤中多元素的有效态含量分析;但在具体应用时应注意与传统测定方法测定数值和评价指标的差别。
