五莲县山洪灾害现状、成因及对策

摘要

According to the analysis of the current situation of flash flood disaster in Wulian county of Shandong province, the author pointed out 5 main factors causing the flash flood disaster, including high rainfall intensity, the special high mountains and steep slopes in mountainous area, imperfection of forecasting and early warning systems, weak defense engineering and human factors. It also put forward some feasible countermeasures, such as general investigation of flash flood losses, designating the disaster zone, determining early warning indicators, constructing monitoring system and making pre -arranged plan and so on.%通过分析山东省五莲县山洪灾害现状,找出引起山洪灾害的5种主要原因,包括降水强度大,山区特有的山高坡陡地形地貌,预测、预报、预警系统不完善,防御工程薄弱,人为因素等,并提出了普查山洪灾害损失、划定灾害区划、确定预警指标、建设监测系统、编制预案等可行对策.
