The seeds of canna were soaked and detoxified by using 500 ~ 1500 times self - made Tuodubao solution, then they were sown at 3 planting densities (60 cm × 60 cm, 80 cm × 50 cm, 100 cm × 50 cm) in the field. The results showed that: under three different planting densities, 1200 times Tuodubao treatment got the highest yield - increasing rate, being 14. 6% ~ 19. 1% as compared with CK (using pure water to soak the seeds). After the detoxification treatment with different concentrations of Tuodubao, the average yield and average net return of canna were the highest under the condition of 80 cm × 50 cm planting density, and the average net return increased by 23.5% in comparison with CK.%用自行研制的脱毒宝500~ 1500倍液对芭蕉芋种进行浸种脱毒处理后,以3种不同的种植密度(行距×穴距:60cm×60 cm、80cm×50cm、100 cm×50 cm)进行田间试验.结果表明:在不同种植密度下以1200倍脱毒宝处理的芭蕉芋增产幅度最高,比清水浸种(CK)增产14.6%~19.1%;经不同浓度的脱毒宝处理后,以80 cm×50 cm处理的芭蕉芋平均产量和平均纯收益最高,其平均纯收益比CK增加23.5%.
