泛在环境下政府网站信息资源组织与整合研究

摘要

通过研究泛在环境对政府网站信息资源组织与整合的影响,总结出泛在环境下政府网站信息资源组织与整合应具有以用户为中心、无所不在性、用户的群体协作性等新特点,基于此,提出了泛在环境下政府网站的资源建设应遵循从资源的整合共享到个性化信息组织、信息自组织和用户自助服务3个阶段的发展思路.%Through the study of the effects of ubiquitous environment on the organization and integration of the information resources of government websites, the author summarized that the organization and integration of the information resources of government websites in ubiquitous environment had the following new characteristics: taking the user as center, being omnipresent and cooperation of the users. Based on these, this paper put forward the following "three stages" developing ideas for the resource construction of government websites in the ubiquitous environment: from integration sharing to individuation information organization, and then to information self - organization, finally to user's self-service.
