西安市城市化与生态环境协调发展研究

         

摘要

构建了西安市城市化水平综合指标体系和生态环境综合指标体系,并运用变异系数法对1996年以来西安市城市化系统和生态环境系统进行了综合测度,同时采用灰色关联分析法及其耦合协调度模型从时间维度对城市化与生态环境两者演变规律进行了分析,结果表明:1996~2009年,西安市城市化综合水平随时间的推移而不断提高;西安市生态环境综合水平呈现波动发展,但总体上向良性方向发展;灰色关联度分析表明,生态环境压力是影响西安市城市化的最主要因素,而社会经济发展水平的提高、城市人口的增多等是胁迫生态环境的主要原因;西安市城市化与生态环境耦合度的时序变化表现出明显的波动性,耦合度以颉抗阶段为主,耦合协调度基本处于中高度协调水平.%The comprehensive index systems of both urbanization level and ecological environment of Xi' an city were built, the urbanization system and ecological environment system of Xi' an city since 1996 were comprehensively measured by using coefficient of variation method, and the evolution laws of urbanization and ecological environment were analyzed by using gray relational analysis and its coupling coordination model from the time dimension. The results indicated that; from 1996 to 2009, the urbanization level of Xi' an was continuously improved as time goes on; the ecological environment in Xi' an presented a wavy development, but it was getting better and better in general. The result of gray relational analysis revealed that the pressure of the ecological environment was the most important factor affecting the urbanization in Xi' an, and the development of society and economy, and the increase in urban population were the main reasons for the ecological environment pressure. The time sequence variation in the coupling degree of Xian urbanization and ecological environment was obviously fluctuant, and the coupling degree stayed mainly at'the antagonistic stage, being basically at the middle - high level of coordination.
