小麦型日粮添加酶制剂对产蛋鸡生产性能的影响

         

摘要

探讨了在小麦型日粮中添加酶制剂对蛋鸡生产性能的影响.结果表明:与对照组(饲喂玉米型日粮)相比,添加不同水平的酶制剂后产蛋率提高了3.55 ~6.86个百分点,其中以处理Ⅱ组(饲喂小麦型日粮+0.015%复合酶制剂)的产蛋率最高,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);处理Ⅱ组的破壳率有所降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);各处理组的料蛋比显著降低(P<0.05);各处理组的采食量、蛋品质和粗蛋白表观代谢率总体上与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05).因此,在小麦型日粮中添加酶制剂能够显著提高蛋鸡的生产性能;综合各项指标,以添加0.015%酶制剂的效果最好.%This experiment was carried out to study the effect of wheat - based diet supplemented with enzyme preparation on the productive performance of laying hens. The results showed that: as compared with the control group (maize - based diet), the laying rate of laying hens was increased by 3.55 ~ 6. 86 percent after adding different levels of enzyme preparation into the diet. The group Ⅱ ( wheat - based diet + 0.015% complex enzyme preparation) had the highest laying rate, which was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P 0.05). The feed conversion ratios in all treatment groups were significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05 ). Therefore, adding enzyme preparation into the wheat - based diets of laying hens could significantly improve the productive performance of laying hens. Comprehensively considering all indexes, adding 0.015% enzyme preparation had the best effect.
