施用不同形态的氮素对小麦产量及锰素积累的影响

         

摘要

采用盆栽试验的方法,研究了施用不同形态的氮素对小麦产量及锰素积累的影响.结果表明:铵态氮与锰配施可以提高矮抗58的产量及其构成因子,但显著地降低郑麦366的有效穗数和产量;硝态氮与锰配施可以显著地促进矮抗58和郑麦366千粒重的提高.矮抗58施用铵态氮可以促进锰素的积累,而施用硝态氮能促进锰素向籽粒的转移.不同形态的氮素与锰配施可以显著地促进郑麦366各部位对锰素的积累.%The effects of applying different forms of nitrogen on wheat yield and Mn accumulation were studied by pot experiment. The results showed that the combined application of ammonium nitrogen and Mn could increase the yield and its components of Aikang 58, while obviously decrease the productive spikes and yield of Zhengmai 366. The combined application of nitrate nitrogen and Mn could significantly increase the 1000 - grain weight of Aikang 58 and Zhengmai 366. For Aikang 58, the application of ammonium nitrogen could increase the accumulation of Mn in plants, while the utilization of nitrate nitrogen could promote the transfer of Mn into the grain. The combined application of different forms of nitrogen and Mn fertilizer could significantly promote the accumulation of Mn in every part of Zhengmai 366.
