饲料中不同蛋白质水平对花鲈幼鱼生长和饲料利用的影响

         

摘要

探讨了饲料中不同蛋白质水平对花鲈生长性能和饲料利用率的影响,试验采用白鱼粉为主要蛋白源,通过配制5个蛋白质水平的饲料,对平均初始体重为(84.81±0.92) g的花鲈幼鱼进行为期75 d的饲养试验,以确定花鲈幼鱼饲料中蛋白质的适宜水平。结果表明:蛋白质含量为39.85%组的相对增重率、特定生长率、肥满度、饲料转化率、蛋白质效率最高,其相对增重率、特定生长率、饲料转化率均极显著高于34.76%组和37.54%组(P<0.01),与42.34%组差异不显著(P>0.05);其蛋白质效率显著高于34.76%、42.34%和45.03%组(P<0.05),而与37.54%组差异不显著(P>0.05)。在该试验条件下,以特定生长率、蛋白质效率为指标,通过回归分析得出,蛋白质含量为38.87%~41.50%时,花鲈幼鱼的生长性能和饲料利用率最好。%The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of different protein levels of feed on the growth perform -ance and feed conversion of juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus.Five protein levels of feeds were formulated by using fish meal as mainprotein source, and the juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus with the average initial body weight of (84.81 ±0.92)g was fed for 75 days,in order to determinate the suitable protein level of the feed for juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus.The results showed that the relativeweight gain rate, specific growth rate, fatness, feed conversion rate and protein efficiency rate in the group of 39.85% protein contentwere the highest.The relative weight gain rate, specific growth rate and feed conversion rate in the group of 39.85% proteincontent were very significantly higher than those in the groups of 34.76% and 37.54% protein content (P 0.05).The protein efficiency rate in the 39.85% group was significantlyhigher than that in the 34.76%, 42.34% and 45.03% groups (P <0.05), while it had no significant difference with the 37.54%group.Under the conditions of this experiment , based on regression analysis and indicators such as specific growth rate and proteinefficiency rate, it was concluded that the growth performance and feed utilization rate of juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus were the bestwhen the protein content in the feed was 38.87% ~41.50%.
