农业院校女大学生就业观的调查分析--以青岛农业大学为例

摘要

Taking Qingdao Agricultural University as an example , the author surveyed and analyzed the employment attitudes of female students in agricultural universities or colleges .It was obtained that:the female students in agricultural universities or colle-ges had higher employment expectation value and idealized employment aspiration ;there was great difference in employment attitude among the female students in different majors .We further analyzed the reasons for these problems , and put forward the countermeas-ures and suggestions on guiding the female students in agricultural universities or colleges to set up a correct employment attitude .%以青岛农业大学为例，对女大学生的就业观进行了调查分析，得出农业院校女大学生的就业期望值较高、就业意愿理想化，不同专业就业观存在较大差异等问题，并进一步分析了产生这些问题的原因，最后提出了指导农业院校女大学生树立正确就业观的对策建议。
