基于 SW OT模型的失地农民入股分红安置模式综合评价

摘要

Using the evaluation method of SWOT strategic model , the author analyzed the shareholder -becoming and dividend-sharing placement mode for land -lost peasants from the aspects of internal constraints and external environments , and compre-hensively evaluated different combined strategies by using quantized SWOT model .It was concluded that ST strategy profile mode was its core strategy , and the shareholder -becoming and dividend -sharing placement mode was one of the most effective and most advanced modes for guaranteeing both the long livelihoods of land -lost peasants and the social security function of land at the pres-ent stage.%利用SWOT战略模型评价方法，分别从内部约束和外部环境2个方面对入股分红安置模式进行了分析，并借助SWOT模型以量化的形式对不同组合策略进行了综合评价，得出ST策略组合模式为其核心策略，并得出入股分红安置模式是现阶段兼顾失地农民长久生计和土地社会保障功能的最为有效和先进的模式之一的结论。
