川谷 A配组水稻组合的稻瘟病抗性和产量及产量构成因子通径分析

         

摘要

川谷A是四川农业大学水稻研究所育成的对稻瘟病抗性强、抗性谱广的籼型三系不育系。对其测配的48个杂交稻组合进行抗性鉴定,表明川谷A配制的组合表现出较强的抗瘟性。同时,对48个组合产量与产量构成因子进行通径分析,结果表明:对单株产量直接贡献大小排序是每穗总粒数(0.6995)>有效穗(0.6307)>结实率(0.5064)>千粒重(0.2577)。因此,利用川谷A配组杂交稻组合时,应在保证每穗总粒数的前提下,着重提高有效穗和结实率。%Chuangu A is an indica CMS line bred by Rice Research Institute of Sichuan Agricultural University , and it has strong resistance and wide resistant spectrum to rice blast .The rice blast resistances of 48 hybrid rice combinations from Chuangu A were identified in Pujiang area of Sichuan , and the results showed that these 48 combinations all displayed a strong resistance to rice blast.In the meanwhile, the path analysis of the yield and yield components of 48 combinations was carried out , and the results in-dicated that the direct contribution of various yield components to the single -plant yield had the following order:the number of total grains per spike (0.6995) >the number of effective spikes (0.6307) >seed setting rate (0.5064) >1000 -grain weight (0.2577).So in hybrid rice breeding with Chuangu A , we should emphatically improve the number of effective spikes and seed set -ting rate on the premise of ensuring the number of total grains per spike .
