江西省基层农技推广“综合建站”模式的探索

摘要

In recent years , the work of agricultural technology extension in China has gained a considerable development , but the idea, system and mechanism , methods, team quality and assurance conditions of agricultural technology extension are still ina -daptable to new situations .Based on the above current situation , Jiangxi province innovatively put forward the mode of “comprehen-sively constructing station”.This paper mainly introduces the basic idea , exploration course and measures of implementing the re-form of grass-roots agricultural technology extension system in Jiangxi province , and discusses the prospects of building a high -ef-ficient service system in the next step .%近年来，我国农业技术推广工作取得了长足发展，但在推广理念、体制机制、方式方法、队伍素质和保障条件等方面还存在着诸多不适应。江西省基于上述现状，创新提出“综合建站”模式。本文主要介绍了江西省实施基层农技推广体系改革的基本思路、探索历程和对策措施，以及下一步构建高效服务体系的展望。
