The tender petioles of fern [Pteridium aquilinum (L.) Kuhn] were used as explants, and they were respectively pretreated with two kinds of browning inhibitors ( citric acid and ascorbic acid ) .The media for the callus inducement of the explants were designed to contain different kinds of hormones , adsorbent polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), and different concentrations of su-crose, and the effects of different treatments on the explant browning and callus inducement of Pteridium aquilinum were studied. The results demonstrated that ascorbic acid had better anti -browning effect than citric acid , and adding PVP into the medium could strengthen the anti-browning effect of these two browning inhibitors .The best medium for the callus inducement of Pteridium aquil-inum was 2.2 g/L PVP +30 g/L sucrose +1/2MS +NAA 0.4 mg/L +6-BA 0.2 mg/L, and the rate of callus inducement reached 48.3%.%以蕨菜[ Pteridium aquilinum ( L.) Kuhn]的幼嫩叶柄为外植体,分别用两种褐变抑制剂(柠檬酸和抗坏血酸)对外植体进行预处理,并在其愈伤组织诱导培养基中设置不同的激素、吸附剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮( PVP)和蔗糖浓度,研究了不同处理对蕨菜外植体褐变及愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:抗坏血酸的抗褐变效果优于柠檬酸,在培养基中添加PVP可以增强这两种褐变抑制剂的抗褐变作用;2.2 g/L PVP+30 g/L蔗糖+1/2MS+NAA 0.4 mg/L+6-BA 0.2mg/L为诱导蕨菜愈伤组织的最佳培养基,愈伤组织诱导率为48.3%。
