The influence of two rice cultivars on the germination rate , the germination potential, and α-amylase activity in different uniform high-voltage electrostatic field and different time treatments .The results indicated that with the increasing of high-voltage electrostatic field intensity and the extension of different processing time , the each physiological indexes of rice seed ger-mination period showed a trend of first rising then falling .The rice seed had a conspicuous promoting effect under the uniform high-voltage electrostatic field of 300 kV/m and in 2 min treatment , compared with the untreated controls , the germination rate were improved 5.61 and 6.77 percentage points, the germination potential were improved 7.89 and 6.31 percentage points, the α-am-ylase activity were improved by139 .73%and 130.28%, respectively.%研究了不同强度的匀强高压静电场及其处理时间对2个水稻品种种子发芽率、发芽势和α-淀粉酶活性的影响。结果表明:随着高压静电场强度的增大和处理时间的延长,水稻种子萌发期间的各项生理指标均表现出先上升后下降的趋势;用300 kV/m的高压静电场处理水稻种子2 min具有最明显的促进作用,与未经处理的对照相比,2个水稻品种种子的发芽率分别提高了5.61和6.77个百分点,发芽势分别提高了7.89和6.31个百分点,α-淀粉酶活性分别提高了139.73%和130.28%。
