Using split plot design, the effects of different parts of the content of nicotine were studied by different topping sta-ges and different collection periods, The results showed that each processing tobacco height and pitch had a tendency to increase as time delay of topping, 1~3 leaf upper the bottom on the leaf length and width of significant or extremely significant decreased, single leaf weight decreased accordingly after baking upper leaf, tobacco weather fleck had a tendency to reduce, tobacco brown spot had a tendency to increase.Different topping stages and different collection periods had a significantly influence on tobacco leaf chemical components, the topping period was greater than harvesting time influence.As time delay of topping, the lower leaf nicotine had obviously improved , significantly improved the lower leaf total nitrogen content, significantly reduced nicotine content of upper leaves;When the flowers open 20%~30 %of the center and Lower leaves 1~3 leaf harvest the day of topping, could im-prove the middle and lower nicotine content.%采用裂区试验设计，研究了打顶期和采收期对烤烟叶片烟碱含量等性状的影响。结果表明：随着打顶期的推迟，烤烟株高及节距有提高的趋势，上部倒数1～3叶位的叶长及叶宽显著或极显著下降，烤后上部叶单叶重呈下降趋势，气候斑点病发生有减少的趋势，赤星病发生有增加的趋势；打顶期与采收期对烟叶化学成分含量有极显著的影响，其中打顶期比采收期的影响更大；推迟打顶期可以明显提高下部叶的烟碱含量，极显著提高下部叶的总氮含量，显著降低上部叶的烟碱含量；在20％～30％中心花开放时打顶并在打顶当天采收下部1～3叶位叶片有利于提高中下部烟叶的烟碱含量。
