野生夏枯草果穗、叶、茎中16种稀土元素含量分布研究

摘要

为了解夏枯草各组织中稀土元素含量及其分布情况,首次通过微波消解/ICP-MS法测定了云南大理、文山和红河等地区野生夏枯草果穗、叶、茎中Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu 16种稀土元素含量,各元素线性关系良好.结果表明:(1)夏枯草果穗、叶、茎中稀土元素含量共同点是果穗、叶、茎中的Ce含量最高,为534~1746μg/kg;Lu含量最低,为0.75~1.65μg/kg.不同点是果穗和叶中Gd含量比Eu高;而茎中Eu含量比Gd高.(2)夏枯草样品各组织中稀土元素Sc、Y、Pr、Nd、Sm、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu的含量分布特征:叶>果穗>茎;Eu元素含量:茎>叶>果穗;La、Ce元素含量:叶>茎>果穗.(3)HH样稀土总量、轻稀土、重稀土:叶>果穗>茎;DL、WS样稀土总量、轻稀土:叶>茎>果穗,重稀土:叶>果穗>茎.%In order to understand the content and distribution of rare earth elements in different tissues of Prunella vulgaris, we firstly used microwave digestion /ICP-MS method to determine the contents of 16 kinds of rare earth elements ( Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr,Nd , Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu) in the ear, foliage and stalk of wild P.vulgaris in Dali, Wenshan and Honghe areas of Yunnan.The results indicated that:( 1) In the ear, foliage and stalk of wild P.vulgaris, the content of Ce was the highest (534~1746 μg/kg), while the content of Lu was the lowest (0.75~1.65 μg/kg); the Gd content was higher than the Eu content in the ear and foliage, while the Eu content was higher than the Gd content in the stalk.(2) The distribution of Sc, Y, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu content in various tissues of P.vulgaris revealed foliage >ear>stalk, and the distribution of Eu content showed stalk >foliage>ear, while that of La and Ce content displayed foliage >stalk>ear.( 3) The content of total rare earth, light rare earth and heavy rare earth elements in HH samples all showed the sequence of foliage >ear >stalk;in both DL and WS samples, the content of total rare earth and light rare earth elements revealed the order of foliage >stalk >ear, while the content of heavy rare earth elements had the order of foliage >ear >stalk.
