我国建设用地集约利用评价反思

摘要

The author summarized the latest research progresses in the evaluation of intensive utilization of construction land in four kinds of typical regions (including city,developmental zone,countryside,and rural-urban continuum) of China,analyzed the deficiencies of studies on the evaluation of intensive utilization of construction land in these four kinds of regions aiming at the differences in the characteristics of evaluated objects and the evaluation purpose,and prospected the future developmental trend and research emphasis of this field from the aspects of promoting the applicability of evaluation results,enriching the connotation of evaluation,and strengthening the study on the law of spatial differentiation of evaluated objects.%以城市、开发区、农村和城乡结合部4类典型区域建设用地集约利用评价为研究对象,通过对现有研究进展的梳理,针对评价对象特征、评价目的差异,分别剖析了城市、开发区、农村和城乡结合部建设用地集约利用评价研究的不足,并从提升评价成果应用性、丰富评价内涵、加强评价对象空间分异规律研究等方面,对未来发展趋势和研究重点进行了展望.
