The effects of seed-soaking treatment with different concentrations of lactic acid bacterial exopolysaccharides on the seed germination and seedling growth of rice were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the seed-soaking treat-ment with lactic acid bacterial exopolysaccharides had no significant effects on the germination rate and germination vigor of rice seeds, but it could significantly increase the germinal root length, and also had significant effects on the soluble protein content and amylase activity in seeds. In comparison with the control group, the treatment of adding lactic acid bacterial exopolysacchar-ides into soil could significantly improve the growth characteristics of rice seedlings,and also had a significant promotive action on the content of chlorophyll in leaves.%研究了不同浓度乳酸菌胞外多糖对水稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.试验结果表明:乳酸菌多糖浸种对水稻种子的萌发率和萌发势并没有显著的影响,但能显著增加水稻萌发的根长,同时对种子内可溶性蛋白含量及淀粉酶活力也有显著影响.与对照组相比,在土壤中添加乳酸菌多糖能显著提高水稻幼苗的生长特性,同时对叶绿素的含量也有显著的促进作用.
