温度对梨小食心虫Grapholitha molesta Busck生长发育及繁殖的影响

         

摘要

于室内研究了温度对梨小食心虫生长发育及繁殖的影响.结果表明,在RH70%±10%,光照周期15L∶9D,光照强度4 800 lx的ZPQ-280B型人工气候箱中,当温度分别为20℃、23℃、26℃、29℃和32℃时,梨小食心虫的世代历期分别为49.72d、38.99d、29.78d、25.81d和27.18d;世代发育起点温度为7.81℃,有效积温为587.10日·度;世代存活率分别为53.89%、80.17%、84.41%、66.57%和28.50%;单雌平均产卵量分别为28.39、45.72、56.35、14.43和6.25粒.分析表明,26℃时的种群净增殖率R_0、周限增长率λ和内禀增长力r_m分别为25.37、1.09、0.0874,均高于其他温度处理.在本试验条件下,最适宜梨小食心虫存活的温度为25.1℃,最大理论存活率为85.19%;种群最高理论内禀增长率为0.0804.%Laboratory studies were designed to examine the effects of temperature on development and reproduction of the oriental fruit moth, Grapholita molesta (Busck) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae). Experiments were conducted at 20℃ ,23"C ,26℃ ,29℃ and 32℃ respectively and a relative humidity of 70 ±10%, a photoperiod of 15 : 9 (L : D) h, and a light intensity of 4 800 lx. The results showed that the developmental times for the whole generation of Grapholitha molesta (Busck) was 49. 72 d, 38. 99 d, 29. 78 d, 25. 81 d and 27. 18 d, development threshold temperature and effectively accumulated temperature for the whole generation was 7. 81℃ , 587. 10DD, The generation survival rates was 53.89%, 80.17%, 84.41%, 66.57% and 28.50% at above five temperatures. At 26℃ , the net reproductive rate R_0, the intrinsic rate of increase r_m, the finite rate of increase λ was all the highest, which was 25. 37, 1. 09 and 0. 0874, respectively. Under the experimental conditions, the optimum temperature for the survivorship of OFM was 25. 1℃ , the highest survival rate was 85. 19%; the highest instantaneous rate of increase was 0. 0804, theoretically.
