砂生槐种实害虫对砂生槐种子与萌发的影响

         

摘要

在西藏林芝、拉萨、日喀则砂生槐自然分布区研究砂生槐(Sophora moorcro fitiana)种实害虫对砂生槐繁殖的影响.研究结果表明,种子库的害虫寄生率高达70%,寄生性昆虫为豆荚螟(Etiella zinckenella)、刺槐小蜂(Bruchophagus onois (Mayr));整个种子库的发芽率为29.35%,正常种子的发芽率为50.3%;豆荚螟寄生完全阻断种子的发芽,发芽率为0;刺槐小蜂取食寄生的种子发芽率为9.4%.完好种子和不同昆虫寄生种子纵径、横径和质量有显著差异,与正常种子相比较,豆荚螟和刺槐小蜂寄生均使种子体积减小;豆荚螟和刺槐小蜂寄生引起种子的质量损耗分别为49.13%和39.30%.说明昆虫寄生对砂生槐种子有明显的影响,是影响砂生槐种群更新的主要因素之一.%The impact of seed pests on seed quality and germination of the natural distributed Cassia Sophora moorcroftiana were studied in Linzhi, Lhasa and Shigatse. The results showed that:(I)The parasite rate was 70% in seed bank, and parasite insects included limabean pod borer (Etiella zinck-enella) and Bruchophagus onois (Mayr); (ii) The seed germination rate in bank was 29. 35%, non-parasitic seed germination rate was 50%. The germination rate of seeds completely blocked by Limabean pod borer parasites was 0. The seed germination rate of seeds infested by B. Onois (Mayr) was 9. 4%; (iii) Significant differences were detected on vertical diameter, transverse diameter and quality between normal seeds and pests-infested seeds. Parasitic E. Zinckenella and parasitic B. Onois (Mayr) reduced the seed volume, Seed weight loss infested by E. Zinckenella and B. Onois (Mayr) were 49. 13% and 39. 30% respectively. The results confirmed that parasitic insects have significant impact on health of Sophora moorcrofitiana seeds, which is one of the main factors affected update of S. Moorcro ftiana population.
