小麦灌浆期叶面喷施香附浸提液对籽粒干物质积累的影响

         

摘要

In order to explore the effects of spraying Rhizoma cyperi on dry matter accumulation of wheat,wheat after anthesis by foliar spraying method of wheat cultivar'Zhoumai 18'during grain filling of soluble sugar,sucrose,starch mass fraction,amylase activity and a grouting speed are analyzed.The results show that the grain filling in wheat during foliar leaching of Rhizoma cyperi extract,soluble sugar,sucrose,starch mass fraction,grain filling rate of treament 2,3,4 and the control performance is consistent,that foliar extracts of Rhizoma cyperi does not affect the normal accumulation of dry matter,grain before rainfall,the effects of different mass concentrations of extracts of Rhizoma cyperi,soluble sugar,sucrose conversion and the accumulation of starch mass concentration effect,low mass concentration promoted,has the effect of high mass concentration,with treatment 2,3 mass higher than the control,treatment 4 grain mass was lower than the control;after the rainfall,treatment 2,3,4 mass concentration of starch was higher than the control,showed that spraying leaching extracts could inhibit the hydrolysis of Cyperus starch.Spraying of Rhizoma cyperi effects of leaching liquid of α-amylase activity before rainfall,treatment 1,2,3,4 and control were decreased,treatment 2,3,4 was lower than that of the control,treatment 1 higher than that of control group;after the rainfall,treatment 2,3,4 lower than the control,treatment 1 higher than the control group,showed that the extracts of Rhizoma cyperi could inhibit α-amylase activity.That water can promote α-amylase activity,this study showed that foliar application of Cyperus extract does not affect wheat during grain filling of grain dry matter accumulation of normal,but there exist mass concentration effect,inhibition of α-amylase activity in grains,which can slow down the hydrolysis of starch,weaken the possibility of seed germination after rainfall,which can provide a reference the basis for development of biological source of plant growth regulators.%为了解香附有效成分在小麦灌浆期对籽粒干物质积累的影响,采用小麦花后叶面喷施的方法,对小麦品种‘周麦18’籽粒灌浆期间可溶性糖、蔗糖、淀粉质量分数、灌浆速度及α-淀粉酶活性进行分析.结果表明:在小麦灌浆期间叶面喷施香附浸提液,处理2、3、4的可溶性糖、蔗糖、淀粉、灌浆速度与对照表现一致,说明叶面喷施香附浸提液不影响小麦籽粒干物质的正常积累,降雨前,喷施不同质量浓度的香附浸提液,对籽粒可溶性糖、蔗糖的转化及淀粉的积累有质量浓度效应,处理2、3的千粒质量比对照高,处理4籽粒千粒质量比对照低;降雨后,处理2、3、4的淀粉质量分数比对照高,表明喷施香附浸提液能抑制淀粉的水解.喷施香附浸提液对α-淀粉酶活性的影响表现为,降雨前,处理1、2、3、4和对照均表现下降,处理2、3、4低于对照,处理1高于对照;降雨后,处理2、3、4比对照低,处理1高于对照,表明香附浸提液可抑制α-淀粉酶活性,水分可促进β-淀粉酶活性,说明叶面喷施香附浸提液不影响小麦灌浆期间籽粒干物质的正常积累,但存在质量浓度效应,对籽粒中α-淀粉酶活性存在抑制作用,因而可减缓淀粉的水解作用,减弱降雨后籽粒萌发的可能性,可为研发生物源植物生长调节剂提供参考依据.
