硫及硫化物对镍基合金碳蚀的抑制作用与机理

         

摘要

通过小单管燃烧试验,证实了燃油中适量的硫及硫化物对镍基高温合金碳蚀的抑制作用,并根据碳蚀机理和催化剂中毒原理,探讨了硫及硫化物对镍基高温合金碳蚀的抑制机理。为了防止镍基合金的碳腐蚀,提出了控制燃油中总硫含量和改进结构设计及合理选材的建议。%The inhibitory action of a proper amount of sulfur and sulfuret in fuel oil on the carbon corrosion of the nickel-base super alloys has been confirmed by the burning experiment of a small single-flame tube. According to the mechanism of carbon corrosion and principle of catalyst poisoning, the inhibitory mechanism of the sulfur and sulfuret on the carbon corrosion of the nickel-base super alloy has been studied.To prevent carbon corrosion of nickel-base alloys,suggestions to control the amount of sum sulfur in fuel oil and to improve structural design and to select material rationally have been posed.
