本文介绍美国梅奥医学中心(Mayo Clinic)内分泌专科医生的培训特色，其严谨有序、内容丰富、专业课程培训、贴近临床并兼顾科研的特点对我国内分泌专科医生培训教育有一定的启示。%The endocrinology medical specialties system of Mayo Clinic in USA is one of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) center. The characteristics of its training system that is rigorous, well-ordered, rich in content and closely related to clinic practice are introduced in this paper, which may provide some valuable experiences for us in Chinese endocrinology medical education.
