“平稳”和“健康”是云南经济发展的新常态

云南经济发展长期以来表现出能够与全国经济增长同样的增长率水平，甚至高于全国经济增长率的潜力，同时，云南经济在长期发展中也积淀了产业结构的深层次问题，而且不断地固化，在经济增长下行的过程，加深了企业的市场和成本两方面的挤压，企业效益低下，微观主体活力不足，经济发展的“健康”状态欠佳。在未来的经济发展中，“平稳”增长是云南经济发展的新常态之一。因此，在2016年和今后几年内，云南必须保持经济的“平稳”增长和“健康”发展两种状态的平衡，而保证经济“健康”发展又是重中之重。%Yunnan economy shows the potential of similar,even higher growth rate with the country in its long -term develop-ment.Therefore,“Smooth”growth is to be one of the new normal in the future.Meanwhile,with the deep -seated and continu-ously -solidified problems in the industrial structure,enterprises'pressure in market and cost will become deepened in the down-ward process of economic growth.Thereby,economic poor health will appear with symptoms like low performance of enterprises and lack of vitality of the micro subjects.Hence,in this and the next few years,it is necessary for Yunnan to maintain a balance between “stable”and “healthy”in its economic development,of which the latter should be given more priority.
