This study examined the impact of the managerial leadership style (Initiating Structure and Consideration), and demographic variables of staff members (i.e., age, level of education, occupational status, marital Status, length of employment, income, and training), on the levels of job satisfaction (Intrinsic, Extrinsic and General) of staff members at Al-imam University (AU) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.; A total of 312-survey instruments were distributed and 291 usable survey instruments were received.; The study results indicated that the demographic variables accounted for only a little variation in the intrinsic, extrinsic, and general job satisfaction scales and illustrated that none of the control variables were significant at probability level .05, at all three levels of job satisfaction. In addition, the multiple regression results indicate that there are two independent variables that have a positive and significant relationship with the levels of job satisfaction at probability level .05. Those variables are the Initiating Structure and Consideration of leadership style. Therefore, the greater the degree of perceived Consideration and Initiating Structure behaviors in the managers, the higher the degree of extrinsic, intrinsic, and general job satisfaction reported by staff members.; This study results did confirm there is significance positive evidence that two dimensions of leadership behavior, Consideration and Initiating Structure, are positively related to job satisfaction.
