Background: Postoperative complications after total hip replacement (THR) may occur in patients of any age, sex, and time, however percentage of adverse events increases relating to many factors like, patient's age, general health conditions, operation related factors...etc, which can affect the survival of the joint. Understanding, identifying, and analyzing the causes, risk factors, and symptoms that might lead to THR postoperative complications are very important for every doctor in order to be able to prevent and reduce their incidence.
