知识产权保护对软件产业的经济效果——中国与韩国的软件产业比较

摘要

有一句这样的俗话，创造和革新从模仿开始。在一定的程度上，我赞同这个观点。在一些行业会从模仿开始，最终得到新的创造。但是对软件产业来说，不适合这样的一句话。如果，有人模仿软件，那么这个人会让其他人再次模仿软件，导致形成一个新的流行潮流，会有更多的人在购买软件的时候会选择仿造。
　　这些不会使软件产业有创新而是会不断的模仿，最终软件产业的模仿会使导致新的模仿。
　　在我们的社会“电脑”成为最有用的工具，电脑软件会认为一个公共财产。这样的偏见导致社会非效性，使软件企业的利润消失。
　　为了解决这样的问题，政府应该要通过知识产权保障软件企业的技术革新活动。
　　通过本文，在保护软件版权的基础上，测定经济价值。
　　以中国和韩国为中心，分析管制盗版软件对知识产权的影响和软件产业销售额的实际影响。
