第二届亚青会文化教育之旅口译项目报告

摘要

随着涉外旅游业的发展和对外开放程度的加深，导游口译在旅游服务、商务往来中扮演着重要的角色。而导游口译在面对不同文化背景的游客时会遇到各种各样的交际障碍。风俗习惯、宗教文化、历史等因素都会对译员和接受者造成不同程度的跨文化交际障碍。而导游译员要在有限时间内选择正确的翻译策略，将文化、历史、艺术信息恰当地传达给游客。因此研究如何有效克服跨文化交际障碍具有很重要的现实意义。 报告中，报告人根据自己在2013年亚青会组委会文化教育部进行的三次口译项目中遇到的问题，从跨文化交际层面上进行分析，提出项目的重点、难点及其原因，并提出解决方案。项目中所遇到的主要困难表现在:第一，面对跨文化交际场景和所需知识准备不足。第二，有限时间内口译策略的选择问题。第三，如何解决导游口译中的文化与宗教背景差异。报告人针对上述三方面结合实际分析原因，提出解决方案，分别是多知识分类准备，针对性策略变换和跨文化意识的综合培养。报告人对本项目的分析和研究，能够帮助解决导游口译员解决所遇到的上述问题，也将帮助其他口译人员面对跨文化交际障碍时能够正确高效得完成任务。
