基于语料库对哈佛公开课的话语分析——以网易“公正课”为例

摘要

本文是基于语料库对哈佛公开课（通过选取网易“公正课”）的话语分析。本文旨在使用语料库语言学的手段对以英语为母语的世界一流大学的公开课文本进行话语分析，以求揭示并试图验证通常在话语研究中注重考察话语的衔接与连贯、语境特征和互动性这三个核心特征。通过这项研究，希望对国内大学英语课堂教学以及双语教学的话语研究与运用有所启示。
　　 本研究基于一个自建语料库——哈佛大学“公正课”语料库。语料库当中的文本来自国内知名网站网易公开课的视频字幕。通过格式转化与反复核对，形成最后的记事本格式语料。自建语料库共包含78，723个字符，分12次课录入。本研究主要依靠语料库文本分析软件AntConc3.2.1，采用定量与定性相结合的方法，通过对口语小品词的提取与研究，高频词的排序与观察、关键词语的搭配词及词簇的分析与解读，口语互动词块的提取和研究，考察哈佛大学“公正课”的课堂话语。
　　 研究发现哈佛大学“公正课”的课堂话语既注重衔接与连贯，在此基础上也突出了课堂话语的用词特殊性;从语境中提取出的关键词能够反映教师的授课主题，通过对关键词的搭配词以及以关键词为中心词的词簇的提取与分析，发现课堂话语的用词与“正义”这样一个哲学问题形成照应，话语内容与授课目标相吻合，高频词“what”的使用从一定层面体现启发式教学方法的运用;课堂话语的互动性也通过口语互动词块的提取与说明获得验证。
　　 本研究属于基于语料库的实证研究，对于数据的解读可能出现主观性及片面性的问题，不求完美，但愿对其他的相似研究有所启发。
