This paper aims to analyze the feasibility for the Chinese investors to improve thetourism industry in Mozambique. In addition, it demonstrates critical factors involved inthe relevant investment. The methodology to develop this research includes three phases distinguished in researchpreparation as the first, followed by data collection and finally the analysis and discussion.For the third phase is used in addition, the SWOT and PEST analysis as models todiscuss the data previously acquired. Based on the research conducted, this paper concludes that Mozambique haspotentialities for many business activities and offers good opportunities for internationaland private firms' installation, especially in tourism industry as it is still an infantindustry and needs investments to support its development. Since Sino-Mozambicancooperation is good and well established, with its openness and rapid development, Chinais ready to encourage its investors to contribute to tourism industry in Mozambique. Considering the contents that it approaches, this analysis can become a basis for furtherresearch in the same context or in related topics.
