The source,structure and impacts of FDI in Vietnam: Evidence from 2000-2011

摘要

外商直接投资(FDI)在越南等发展中国家已被认为是最重要的外部资源来源渠道之一。外商直接投资(FDI)为东道国提供新的财政资源，转让先进技术和管理技能，创造就业机会和增加出口。
　　在越南由于改革开放的实施，FDI的巨大贡献已经显现，但是对FDI对经济增长的贡献也存在较大的争论。因此，分析外国直接投资对经济增长的影响仍然是一个有吸引力的研究课题，本文以此为研究内容
　　由于时间和资源的限制，本研究主要集中分析外国直接投资的发展趋势，以及在2000-2011期间，FDI对越南的经济增长的影响。在这项研究中，以实际GDP衡量经济增长指标。收集各种官方数据反映越南过去12年的外国直接投资流入量，主要分析FDI的特点，包括趋势，来源和结构。根据2000至2011年的统计数据，运用普通最小二乘法Ordinaryleastsquares(OLS)估计外国直接投资和经济增长的关系。随着越南2006年加入世界贸易组织，经济一体化因素也被认为是该模型的一个模糊变量.
　　从模型中可以得到比较清晰的结果，第一较为清晰地显示了越南2000-2011年的外国直接投资流入量的总体特征.第二个比较清楚地反映了越南的外国直接投资和经济增长之间的相关性。此外，综合考虑了越南加入WTO后（2006-2011年）对经济增长的影响，2000-2011年，外商直接投资和人力资本的互动关系对越南经济增长的影响，最后根据研究结果，提出了一些建议。
