长龙山抽水蓄能电站建设工程合同翻译实践报告

摘要

笔者读研期间受昆仲科技有限公司委托翻译长龙山抽水蓄能电站建设工程合同。为了完成此次翻译任务，笔者用纽马克翻译理论作为指导，对文本做了分析，从词汇、句法、语篇层次对本文语言特色进行分析。合同文本是一种法律文本，在格式、语言特点、语法和句型的使用上都有其特色。笔者针对语言特色重点提出合同文本翻译策略，使得英译合同在整体上与原文最接近。
　　通过此次翻译实践，笔者了解到工程合同类文本的特点和相适应的翻译手段。
　　本报告由四个部分组成:第一部分介绍了此次翻译任务的背景;第二部分简单介绍了纽马克翻译理论与在合同翻译中遇到的问题;第三部分介绍了原文文本的特点及其翻译，最后一部分是对此次翻译实践所学到内容的总结。
