亲密伴侣间的冲突解决:心理咨询的适用性

摘要

在博茨瓦纳，逐渐增多的激情杀人案件受到了极大的关注。很多妇女抛弃了她们的男性爱人，而后者以爱之名杀害了她们。宗教领袖们和他们的父母已经承诺控制激情杀人案件的增多。然而，心理咨询的作用并不受重视。本研究的目的是调查心理咨询作为一种冲突解决策略，它在亲密伴侣中的适用性。本研究采用CRSS测验在干预前后分别测量冲突解决策略。研究方法是实验法，随机实验组控制组前测后测实验设计。采用目的抽样法选取的被试，其中包括乌兰巴托咨询中心提供的20名青少年。这20名青少年参与该实验约一个月。事后测验的结果表明，心理咨询显著提高了实验组被试的冲突解决能力(p＜.05)。而且，结果表明心理咨询在冲突解决中是显著有效的(p＜.05)。总之，本研究的结果发现，在博茨瓦纳，心理咨询是一种用于亲密伴侣的有效冲突解决策略。
