The Capacity Building of Cambodia Parliament Based on the Strategic Framework and Action Plan

摘要

In my Research Papers：Cambodia parliament,first, demands to strengthen the capacity building based on the strategic Framework and Action Plan to increase more understanding the weakness of capacity building and more responsibilities or its activities in order to be consistent with the continuen in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Second to strengthen of politicAlstability, nationAlreconciliation and sociAldemocratization that are recognized as the foundations for socio-economic development in the Kingdom. These are the essentiAlpillars for supporting various reforms in the framework of a rule of law and the integration of Cambodia into the region and wider internationAlarea.
　　 Third, in the purpose to enhance responding to the strategic framework priorities expressed during the consultation process, a set of action areas structured in four main groups of responses is proposed, Capacity building, Information responses RegionAlpolicy dialogues and Research to improve and support Cambodia Parliament to achieve the goals if we look backward and forward.
　　 Although the Cambodia parliament faced some of difficulties to the development and strengthen capbity building. Within this context the completion of the action plan has created a guiding light and a renewed optimism for the success of future achievement for the institution.
　　 Finally, implementing this action plan to requires a collective responsibility, commitment and willful participation of all people extremely success. We also need to ensure InternAland ExternAlto good cooperation to share experiences and provide us with necessary capacity building assistance in order to make this strategic plan succeed.
